At Airback, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
